At CasaTempo, we handle, pack, and protect our vintage typewriters with extreme care to ensure they reach you safely, no matter where you are in the world.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Holiday Season Note: During peak holiday periods or promotional events, processing and dispatch times may take longer than usual. Any updates or temporary processing delays will be announced prominently on our website banner.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Europe: 1–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of the World: 3–10 business days

TAXES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

🇪🇺 European Union Orders:
All European Union orders include Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA). There are no additional customs duties or hidden taxes for deliveries within the EU.

🇺🇸 United States Orders:
Import tariffs, customs, and duty fees are included for US orders. There will be no hidden charges or surprise clearance fees upon delivery.

🌍 Worldwide / International Orders (Outside US & EU):
We ship worldwide! Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, each country has its own import regulations, and buyers outside the EU and US are responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or local taxes assessed by their government upon arrival.

Custom Inquiries: If you are shipping outside the US/EU, please reach out to us at casatempo25@gmail.com before ordering to see if your country qualifies for a custom shipping discount or pre-paid tariff option.

SHIPPING RATES & CUSTOMS NOTICE

We do our absolute best to provide accurate shipping quotes at checkout. If the actual shipping cost for an oversized or remote location differs significantly from the rate calculated at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any necessary adjustments.

While delays caused by international customs processing or local postal carriers are beyond our direct control, we will always assist and support you through the clearance process to help ensure your shipment arrives smoothly.
