This Olivetti Lettera 32 was made in Spain around the 1970s — a classic mid-century portable typewriter loved by writers, journalists, and thinkers around the world. Its teal body and timeless Italian design by Marcello Nizzoli embody both function and beauty: compact, precise, and built to last.

This machine features a QWERTY (Spanish) keyboard layout, complete with keys for "ñ", "ç", and four accent marks — acute (´), grave (`), diaeresis (¨), and circumflex (^). These allow you to type accented characters such as á, è, ü, and â. Please see the image of the keyboard for other special characters.

The classic Olivetti Elite is a timeless serif typeface with elegant, highly readable letterforms. It produces crisp, refined text that is perfect for letters, journals, and everyday writing.

This machine is in average cosmetic condition, showing a few small exterior marks and a slight bend in the frame, which has been fully stabilized. Please review the photos closely for details. The typewriter arrives fully ready to type: all keys, margins, line spacing, and ribbon functions operate properly. Basic cleaning and adjustments have been performed to ensure a smooth, responsive typing experience. A fresh ribbon is pre-installed, and extra ribbons are available for purchase. A vintage carrying bag showing age-appropriate wear can also be added to your order.
