This Olivetti Letter 25 was made in the 1970s, designed by the renowned Italian designer Mario Bellini, whose work bridged the worlds of technology and modern aesthetics. True to Olivetti’s design heritage, the Lettera 25 model combines functional precision with the sculptural elegance that defines mid-century Italian industrial design.
This machine features a QWERTY keyboard layout, complete with keys for "ñ", "ç", and four accent marks — acute (´), grave (`), diaeresis (¨), and circumflex (^). These allow you to type accented characters (such as: á, è, ü, â). Please see the keyboard photo for other special characters.
The classic Olivetti Pica s a timeless serif typeface with elegant, highly readable letterforms. It produces crisp, refined text that is perfect for letters, journals, and everyday writing.
This typewriter is in good cosmetic condition, with some small marks on the body. Please pay close attention to the listing photos. All keys, margins, line spacing, and ribbon functions operate properly. Basic cleaning and adjustments have been performed to ensure a smooth typing experience. A carrying case, showing wear consistent with age, is available as an optional add-on. A functional ribbon is already installed, and additional ribbons can be purchased separately.
