Scheurich was one of the most prolific and influential pottery manufacturers of the post-war era, known for its bold glazes, sculptural forms, and high-quality stoneware production.
Model 401-28 refers to the factory shape number (401) and its height (28 cm). The form is tall and architectural, with a gently flared rim and sculptural side handle that gives it both functional and decorative presence.
